Hello! Welcome to Backyard Wrestling's Top 10 and The Rest...
Each week we individually look at each site and give it a ranking between 1-10. After each week each sites rating is reset and so on and so forth. At the end of each month we tally the ratings from each site for each week and we make a monthly ranking. The site with the highest rating will receive a reward of "Site of the Month" where they will receive a small banner to place on their page recongnizing the fact that they were rated the best for that certain month. The ratings work as follows... Each site will be viewed carefully and will be rated by the total hits of the site, multimedia, and general information. But the main thing that will come into play when rating your site in particular is the referrals from your site. That coming from the banner that you copy and pasted on your page. That banner can be found at the bottom of the sign up page. If you don't have the little banner on your page which takes up practically no space your rating won't be that high. Because referrals / click-throughs are one of the main things we look at when rating a site. When rating the sites THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FAVORTISM INVOLVED AT ALL. So don't come complaining to us about your rating. Believe us if your site is good and has all of the requirements you will be rated high. |
